Microhouse
Part of Minimal Techno
Microhouse is a minimalist subgenre of techno and house music, characterized by its subtle, intricate rhythms and sparse, refined soundscapes. It focuses on fine details and delicate textures, often incorporating faint clicks, glitches, and micro-samples that give it a distinctive, almost understated groove. With a focus on minimalism, microhouse strips down the composition to essential elements, creating a hypnotic effect through repetition and subtle changes. This style thrives on the nuances within each beat and sound, offering an intimate, refined listening experience that is as immersive as it is understated.
